-- One vascular provider needed on Friday
-- Hospital coverage, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Call Schedule:-- Weekdays 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
-- Weekends: 24-hour call on Saturday and Sunday
Call Type:-- Beeper call with activation, unrestricted from 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-- Locum must respond to in-house codes
Shift Details:-- Average hospital patients per physician per day: 5 admissions, 1 inpatient, 1 ICU
Requirements:-- Must be board certified
-- Active Arizona license or active IMLC
