Shift Details
-- 24-hour 2nd call: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM in OR, beeper call from 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-- 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
-- 10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
-- 8-hour shifts available
-- Coverage primarily Monday through Friday
-- Occasional weekend coverage as needed
-- Weekend schedule includes call coverage

Requirements
-- Board Certified or Board Eligible
-- Active California license or IMLC
-- Clean malpractice/background

Assignment Details
-- Facility has 6 ORs (5 surgical and 1 OB)
-- Hospital has 190 beds
-- EMR: Cerner with paper charting initially
-- No trauma, cardiac, or other specialty cases at this location
-- Program size: 15 full-time physicians
-- No subspecialty case mix requirements
-- Optional ICU or Pain work available for interested physicians
-- No subspecialty certifications required unless performing ICU or Pain work
-- Majority of physicians work 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
-- One physician remains until 5:00 PM daily
-- Call structure includes dedicated OB call coverage 24/7 and OR backup call coverage until 10:00 PM, then call from home
-- Weekend coverage is staffed by 3 physicians: 1 OB day physician who also covers OR night backup, 1 OR day physician, and 1 OB night physician
