Facility Details/Job Description:--Active Illinois license--Monday-Friday 7a-3p--Bread and butter case mix includes ortho, GI, cath lab. No hearts or peds required--Mix of supervising CRNA and doing own cases; depends on case load and schedule--EMR Epic--60-120 days to credential, depending on clean files/number of affiliations/etc.
