Dates of Assignment: January 12, January 26, February 9, February 23, March 9, March 23, April 6, continues every other Monday need
Details of Assignment:- Active Indiana license required, ACLS, BLS, PALS
- OR Hours are 7a- 3p / Call Hours: 3p- 7a
- OR call only
- MDs onsite - little to no supervision
- Cases required: ENDO, PEDS, URO, Trauma, Ophthalmology, General, GYN, ORTHO
- every other Monday for podiatry cases
- EMR: EPIC
- Credentialing takes 120 days
