Details/Requirements of Assignment:- Board Certified Anesthesiologist- Indiana License Required - we can assist- Monday-Friday primarily 8-hour shifts, 10s are not needed at this time- Weekday 24-hour beeper call - shared between 4 MDs- Weekend beeper call - 24-hour OB in-house, 1 weekend per month (post call day off)- Case Mix: General Anesthesia, Endo, Blocks, No OB- Independent Cases- EMR is EPIC
