Locums Anesthesiologist needed for coverage in Fairfield, Ohio starting as soon as credentialed and ongoing 

Details of Assignment:

• M-F 10s or 12s
• Call is 1:4 first and second call
• Case Mix: 1-2 hearts done per day by MDs, major vascular, OB handled by OB team only, egeneral, ENT, ortho, podiatry, urology, opth. Can do blocks, spinals, neuroaxial and lines for CRNA (50 blocks/year) able to train for blocks. Blocks: interscalene, axillary, supraclavsubcostal tap, midaxillary TAP, femoral, fascia illiaca, popliteal, adductor canal,
• 15 OR rooms (2 of those are cardiac, usually just use 1)
• ASC runs up to 5 ORs
• GI runs up to 3 ORs
• Active Ohio License
• BC by the ABA
