Details/Requirements:
--One to two weeks per month starting in April and ongoing
--Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm 
--Optional Call
--CRNA supervision 
--Case Mix: Ortho, General Surgery, Podiatry, Peds ENT, ENT, Endo, OBGYN, Vascular, Neuro Spine. No Hearts, cranies, or thoracic
--EMR: Cerner
