Details/Requirements:--October 1 start date. Need a mix of 8s,10s, and 12s
--Night and weekend call
--Case Mix: Endo, ENT, General, GYN, Podiatry, Pulmonary, Urology. Additional procedures: Major Vascular, Cardiology, OB, Ortho
--Mixture of supervision and doing their own cases based on staffing
--Active WA License
--ACLS and PALS or ATLS
--Creds take 90-120 days.. They will expedite clean candidates
