--4 MD, 18 CRNA hospital. 1 MD, 3 CRNAs at ASC
--Cases include Endo, ENT, general, GYN, major vascular, neuro, ortho, ophthalmology, plastics, podiatry, thoracic, urology
--MDs supervising CRNAs
--Active West Virginia license required for consideration
