Shift Details-- 24-hour call coverage
-- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM hourly coverage and 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM night call
-- Saturday and Sunday: 24-hour call coverage, 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
-- Weekend requirements: 24/7 call
-- On-call requirements: 24/7 call
Requirements-- Board Certified (highly preferred) or Board Eligible
-- Ohio license
-- ACLS
Required Procedures / Skills-- CABG
Assignment Details-- Setting: Inpatient/clinic
-- Duties include rounding and being on call for emergent procedures; provider must see patients and perform procedures at the facility and may not send patients to other facilities
-- FTE: 1.0
-- Average CT surgery inpatient caseload: 4-6 patients
-- Average clinic day: 10-12 patients
-- Surgical caseload: 1-2 CABG cases per week and 5-7 other surgical cases on average
-- EMR: Meditech
-- Support staff: PA, NP, MA for office, Office Supervisor
-- Hospital average daily census: 75
-- Last year CABG volume: 74 cases
