Coverage Details
-- May 31 – June 13, 7:00am – 7:00am
-- June 6 – June 8, 7:00am – 7:00am (critical coverage)
-- July 20 – July 26, 7:00am – 7:00am

Shift Details
-- 24-hour call coverage (7:00am – 7:00am)
-- One weekend per month
-- Weekend duties: inpatient rounds, procedures, and surgical responsibilities
-- Call expectations: 1–2 call days per week and one weekend per month (Friday 7:00am – Monday 7:00am)
-- Ongoing vacation and PTO coverage

Requirements
-- Board certification
-- Kentucky state license
-- ACLS
-- BLS
-- DEA
-- Clean malpractice history – Preferred

Required Procedures / Skills
-- First assisting in CABG, AVR, MVR procedures
-- Thoracotomy and lung resection
-- Vein harvest
-- Chest tube placement

Assignment Details
-- Duties: surgical cardiothoracic support, OR duties, telemetry, and ICU coverage
-- Setting: Inpatient and operating room
-- Credentialing time frame: 90–110 days
-- EMR: Epic
