Partner with a leading not-for-profit health system to support a high-volume cardiovascular surgery program. Details/Requirements #116419:--Graduate of an accredited Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program--Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification--Minimum 1–2 years of cardiothoracic or cardiovascular surgery experience (strongly preferred)--Endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH) experience (required)--Surgical: Serve as First Assist in cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgical procedures.--Procedural: Perform Endoscopic Vein Harvesting (EVH).--Inpatient: Round on patients pre- and post-surgery and manage inpatient care.--Outpatient: Conduct follow-up visits in a clinical setting.--Weekly Schedule: One dedicated clinic day per week, with the remainder of the week focused heavily in the OR.--Call Rotation: Shared 1:3 call rotation.--Coverage Blocks: Predictable week-long (7-day) coverage blocks designed to support work-life balance.--Call Duties: Inpatient management and surgical coverage, backed by excellent team support.--EMR: Epic--Support: Travel, lodging, and premium malpractice insurance coverage provided for the duration of the assignment
