Cardiology NP Locums Job in Virginia | Scheduled Clinical Hours | Beginning September 8 - Ongoing | Assignment #116893Coverage Details-- Credentialing timeframe: ASAP
Shift Details-- Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
-- Weeknight and weekend first call
-- Beeper call coverage required
-- Call ratio: 1:3; 1:4
-- Average callback hours: 2 hours
Requirements-- Board Certified Advanced Practice NP
-- Active Virginia license
-- Active ACLS
-- Active BLS
-- Active DEA
-- Greater than 2 years of experience or similar experience
-- Clean background with no malpractice or license issues; no exceptions
Required Duties-- Inpatient cardiology care
-- Independently manage new patients alongside an Interventional Cardiologist
-- Follow-up visits
-- Rounding
-- Documentation
-- Discharge planning
-- Coordination of care
Assignment Details-- 100% inpatient
-- Average patient volume: 10-15+ patients per day, varies based on hospital volume
-- EMR: EPIC
-- Temporary privileges available
