Requirements-- Board Certified
-- Active Indiana license
-- DEA (or easily transferable)
-- CSR
-- EPIC experience preferred; willing to train
Required Procedures / Skills-- Permanent pacemaker implants
-- Pacemaker lead extractions
-- Leadless pacemaker implants
-- ICD implants
-- Atrial fibrillation ablations
-- Atrial flutter ablations
-- SVT ablations
-- VT cryoablations
Assignment Details-- Average clinic volume: 22 patients per day
-- Average inpatient volume: 15–20 patients
-- High-volume practice
-- Supported by 2 cardiac hospitalists
