Cardiovascular Surgery NP/PA Locums Job in Maine| Full-Time or Part-Time Coverage | ASAP Start | Assignment #108398
Coverage Needs:
-Looking for full-time or part-time coverage starting ASAP for 3-6 months
-Schedule: Option to work four 10-12 hour shifts in OR per week or three 12-13 hour shifts in ICU
-Call:
>> OR shifts will require 1-2 Night Beeper Call (6p-6a) per week + 1:4 24-Hour Beeper Call on weekends
>> ICU shifts will require 1-2 Night In-House Call (6p-6a) + 1:4 24-Hour Beeper Call on weekends
Assignment Details/Requirements
-Temporary privileges available for an ASAP start
-Active Maine license or IMLC required
-Team Structure: 7 surgeons and 32 APPs
-Perform all cardiac surgery procedures except transplants
-Volume: 1,600 pump cases per year
-Requirements: Board Certified, active Maine license or IMLC, COVID and flu vaccination
-Facility Information: Trauma Level 1, ~675 staffed beds, ~76,000 annual ER visits
-EMR: EPIC
-EVH System: Maquet Hemopro2
