Critical Care Nurse Practitioner Locums Job in Michigan | Night Shifts | 2/2/26 - 7/31/26 | Assignment #112916Coverage Details-- February 2 – July 31, 7pm–7am
-- Three Providers Needed: two providers to start in February and one provider to start in March
Shift Details-- 12-hour night shifts (7p–7a), no call
-- Scheduling model: 3 shifts per week (Thursday–Saturday, then Sunday–Tuesday); 7-on/7-off may be arranged
-- Orientation shift for MD/DO; Night shifts for APP
-- Approximately 14 shifts per month
Requirements-- Minimum 1 year of experience
-- Credentials accepted: APP
-- Highly Preferred: Local providers
Required Procedures / Skills-- Arterial Line
-- Central Line
-- Dialysis Catheter
-- Ventilator and Hemodynamic Management
Assignment Details-- Acute Care Hospital, Trauma Level II
-- 36-bed unit; provider covers 12 beds in 1 unit
-- 4–8 admits per night split between two APPs (~4 each)
-- Stabilize, manage treatment, communicate patient status
-- Prescribe inpatient only (no outpatient scripts)
-- Staff includes RNs, MAs, another APP, and Intensivist on call
-- Pulmonary Critical Care physicians manage ICU patients; APP communicates via phone
