Monday and Friday coverage are very important.- Care-team model- Cases: General, OB, Blocks, Plastics, Neuro- Must be comfortable with high acuity patients, anything pertaining to giving blood, I-STATs, EP, 15-20% EFs, major spine cases, and strokes- MDs place epiduralsClient Policies:-Can only take Thanksgiving OR Christmas week off, not both.
