CRNA Locums Job in Jasper, Indiana
Dates of Assignment: January 20, January 26, February 16, February 17 x3, February 18 x2, March 13, April 16, May 27, ongoing weeks for July onward
Details of Assignment:- Active Indiana license required
- Monday-Friday, 7am - 3pm / Call hours: 3pm - 7am (secondary)
- Call is at least once a week (secondary call from home)
- Cases required: General, Ortho (mostly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN, very few dental and peds dental, ENT, podiatry, and heavy OB
- EMR: EPIC
- 60 days to credentialed, 30 if clear background/history/active license
