CRNA Locums Job | Logansport, Indiana
Dates of Assignment: December 22-23, December 26, January 22-23, February 26-27, March 30-31, April 2-3, more to come
Details of Assignment:- Monday through Friday, 7am-3pm with late rooms running at times from 7am-5pm. Late rooms run every day except for Wednesdays.
- Call is 3pm-7am and required every 3rd night - must do OB.
- Case mix required: Endo, OB, Peds, Uro, ENT, General, GYN, Ortho
- Proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks required
- MD is on site but CRNAs are very autonomous with little to no supervision
- EMR - Cerner
- Active Indiana license
- NBCRNA
