Coverage Details-- ASAP - OngoingShift Details-- Monday - Friday schedule-- Patient contact hours: 40 per week-- Clinic days: 5 days supporting OR-- Shift length: 8 hours-- Procedure/OR days: Monday - Friday-- On call available if willing, once trainedRequirements-- Must be within driving distance to facility in Iowa-- Board Certified-- Active Iowa CRNA License or active IMLC-- Clean malpractice/background history with no settled, pending, or dismissed cases-- NPDB report required (pulled within the last month or within 90 days)Assignment Details-- Inpatient responsibilities required-- Number of physicians: 2-- CRNA practices independently-- 4 ORs, 1 GI Suite, and 1 OB Suite-- Typical volume: 50-55 cases per week-- Medical imaging, lab, and pharmacy available-- EMR: EPIC-- Facility Trauma Level: Level IV Community Trauma Care Facility-- General, GI, and Orthopedic cases make up the majority of the caseload-- No Head or Heart cases
