Assignment Details/Requirements #110706:--Board Certification --Active Michigan license or willing to obtain required--Shifts: 7AM-3:30PM; Weeknight Call 3:30PM-7AM; Weekend Call 7AM-7AM (Saturday to Monday)--Call can be taken from home/hotel but requires to be available within 30 minutes--Independent CRNA model, must be able to work independently without medical direction--4 ORs; 99% of cases are Adult--Must be able to perform regional blocks--Case Types: Ophthalmology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Endoscopy, Podiatry, and Urology--OB experience preferred
