Assignment Details #113742:
--Schedule varies depending on needs of department and provider availability/preference
--Night/Weekend Call if open to it, but not required
--Looking for a provider to start ASAP for expected 6mo of coverage with possibility to extend
--70% outpatient 30% inpatient
--Cases/Procedures: Endoscopy, General, OB/GYN, Ortho, Pain Management, Urology, Vascular, blocks preferred but not needed
--AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, and NBCRNA required
--Michigan License required
--Team care model with supervising MDA
--Must have experience with: spinals, epidurals, venous catheters, arterial catheters
--Must be able to produce case logs - 75 within 12 months
--EMR: EPIC
