Details/Requirements of Assignment:
--NBCRNA + Tennessee license required
--Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, depending on caseload
--Cases include peds, ENT, and ortho. No sick peds. Spinals required. Regional blocks done by MDs  
--MD + CRNA practice. MD supervising but also doing cases
