Shift Details-- Full time schedule of 3 or 4 12 hour shifts
-- Includes one or more night shifts (variable by week)
Requirements-- Board Certified CRNA
-- Licensed in Washington or IMLC
-- ACLS
-- BLS
Required Procedures / Skills-- Cardiac
-- Complete Ortho
-- OB
-- Pediatric
-- Regional
-- Thoracic
-- General anesthesia: Adult, Pediatric, Trauma
-- Spinal anesthesia
-- Epidural anesthesia
-- Obstetrical cases
Assignment Details-- Practice setting: Inpatient
-- Trauma Level: 3
-- PEDs Level: 3
-- Medically supervised care team model
-- CRNAs support 7 ORs in the main surgery department, 4 ORs in Surgi Center, 2 GI rooms, 1 bronchoscopy room, 1 cath lab
-- Case mix includes ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, healthy pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology, vascular (no CT or Neuro)
