Coverage Details-- Beginning November 30, 2026 - Ongoing-- Temporary privileges available-- Provider will float between two locationsShift Details-- 12-hour, 11-hour, and 8-hour shifts available-- Shift options: 7pm-7am, 1pm-9pm, 3pm-11pm-- Weekend coverage requiredRequirements-- Active Massachusetts license highly preferred-- ABEM Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency)-- BLS, ACLS, ATLS-- Clean background for quick credentialing-- Provider must be local; no flights-- Self-Query NPDB (pulled within the month)Assignment Details-- Trauma Level: III-- Total number of beds: 32-- Annual ER volume: 55,000-- EMR: Meditech-- Physician is not responsible for codes-- Admissions are performed by the hospitalist or admitting service-- APP coverage available-- 30% of ED patients admitted to the hospital per day-- On-call physician response time requirement: 30 minutes-- Deliveries are sent directly to Labor & Delivery-- ED is responsible for monitoring/supervising paramedics and ambulance by radio-- Highest need is for night shifts
