General Description:-- Hospital has 49 beds with 9 OB beds-- Bread and butter Emergency Medicine/ Trauma team available-- Approximately 45 visits per dayDates of Coverage:-- Credentialing timeframe: typically 30 days-- 7 Shifts per month (4 day minimum stretch preferred)Schedule:-- 12 Hour Shifts - 7AM to 7PM or 7PM to 7AM-- No Call - Holidays if scheduled and agreed toEMR and Dictation Tools:-- MeditechRequired experience, training, and certifications:-- BC or BE-- ACLS, ATLS, PALS, BLSLicensing-- Active Michigan license and DEA or an IMLC Letter of Qualification
