-- Day shift: 8 AM – 8 PM
-- Night shift: 5 PM – 5 AM
-- Coverage needed 7 days per week
-- Must have availability for days, nights, and weekends
Requirements-- Certified PA
-- Active Illinois license – Required
-- Active Illinois Controlled Substance license – Required
-- BLS (AHA) – Required
-- ACLS (AHA) – Required
-- PALS (AHA) – Required
-- Minimum of 2 completed professional references at time of submission – Required
-- Clean background and easy-to-credential candidates – Highly Preferred
