ENT Physician Locums Job in Colorado | 24-Hour Call | Beginning ASAP – Ongoing | Assignment #112488Coverage Details-- December 15 – December 17 (am)
-- Potentially 2 weekends per month ongoing, pending PAC approvals
-- Credentialing timeframe: Less than a week for emergency credentialing
Assignment Details-- Required Procedures/Job Duties: Standard ENT coverage
-- Anesthesia support available
-- Setting: Inpatient, Call Trauma Level 1
-- EMR: EPIC
Requirements-- Board Certified Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery
-- Active Colorado license or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission; November dates require active CO license)
-- Active BLS
-- Clean Malpractice/Background
-- Active DEA – Highly Preferred (Required for credentialing; site will consider transferred DEA but must keep for duration of assignment)
-- Local/drive-in candidates only – Highly Preferred
