Job Requirements for assignment #96011:* Kentucky state medical license (IMLC must be active at time of presentation)* Board Certified/Eligible ENT* 100% Adult* Starts ASAP and will be ongoing* Temporary privileges available* One to two weeks per month* Clinic, consults and OR coverage
Dates Needed:--8am June 3 - 8am June 10--8am June 17 - 8am June 24--One to three weeks a month thereafter ongoing.
