Job Requirements for Assignment #112267:--Ohio medical license or active IMLC required --Board Certification or Board Eligibility within 5 years--Coverage needed: 1-2 weeks per month ongoing --Will see a minimum of 15 patients during clinic and volume on procedure days will vary--Will see clinic daily and operate based on need.
