Description/Requirements for Assignment #115565* Active Oregon license, Board Certification, DEA, BLS and ACLS* Coverage: 24-hour call coverage one week per month ongoing. * Critical access hospital. 5 OR's. Will cover as solo ENT while on call, but there is one ENT NP to assist * EMR EPIC
