-- November 3-6, 10-13, 17-20, 24-25, 27

-- Coverage needed through September 2027

Shift Description
-- Tuesday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
-- 30-minute unpaid lunch

Call Details
-- Night call: 5:30 PM – 7:00 AM (sporadic)
-- Weekend call: 24-hour, 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (sporadic)
-- Must be willing to take call at least once per month

Requirements
-- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
-- Active Arizona license or IMLC
-- Active DEA - Highly Preferred
-- Minimum of 2 years of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine experience
-- Clean malpractice/background

Assignment Details
-- Patient population: Adult and geriatric (high volume of AWVs and acute needs)
-- Setting: Outpatient clinic, no trauma
-- Estimated Credentialing: Approximately 90 days with clean file
-- Support staff: MA
-- EMR: Cerner
