Primary Care Physician Locums Job in California | Scheduled Clinical Hours | Beginning July 1 – Ongoing | Assignment #114936Coverage Details-- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
-- Outpatient clinic coverage
-- Assignment duration: 3–4 months
-- One locum preferred but will consider 2, each provider working 2 weeks per month
-- No call responsibilities
Requirements-- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
-- California state license
-- Completion of internal medicine or family medicine residency program
-- Malpractice history: Clean – highly preferred
Assignment Details-- Outpatient ambulatory primary care setting
-- Adult patient population, typically ages 18+
-- Patient volume: 15–18 patients per day
-- Support staff: Medical assistants and MORs
-- Worksite resources: Pod construct, working alongside an MA
-- Schedule: 3–4 month assignment, clinic duties only
-- Providers needed: Client prefers one locum but will consider two, each working two weeks per month
-- Reason for coverage: Exiting providers
-- Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days
-- EMR: Cerner
