Coverage Details-- ASAP - OngoingShift Details-- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm ONLY-- No weekend coverage-- No call requirementsRequirements-- Board Certified in Family Medicine-- Active Michigan license at time of name clear-- Experience in Family Medicine-- Only open to candidates in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin-- Self-Query NPDB (pulled within the month) at time of presentationRequired Procedures / Skills-- Adult Outpatient-- Pediatric-General Outpatient-- Gynecology - Pelvic exam/pap smear-- EKG Interpretation-- Experienced and comfortable treating patients from Newborn through GeriatricAssignment Details-- Coverage location: Rogers City, Michigan-- Patient volume: 20 patients per day-- Support staff: One MA and one PAR assigned to each provider-- Current EHR: Cerner-- Provider must use DocTime to clock in and clock out
