Coverage Details-- Credentialing timeframe: Typically 30 daysShift Details-- Full-time weekday coverage preferred, Monday through Friday, generally aligned with clinic operating hours (approximately 8A-5P)-- Target approximately 36 patient-facing clinic hours per week plus appropriate administrative and in-basket timeRequirements-- Board Certified/Board Eligible-- BLS-- Will consider IMLCAssignment Details-- Clinic setting-- Primary care performance target: ≥2.0 completed visits per clinic hour-- Scheduling should support a minimum expectation of 2.0 completed visits per hour with appointment lengths generally not exceeding 30 minutes-- Providers typically work with one MA or LPN-- Additional clinic support includes referral team, prior authorization team, and RN navigators-- EMR: Epic-- Dictation: Dragon-- For new graduates, residency training logs should be provided to document experience within the last 12 months-- All other applicants must be able to demonstrate provision of care for 10 adult inpatients/outpatients within the past 12 months
