Coverage Duration: ASAP start with long-term coverage needed

Schedule:
--Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
--Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
--Outpatient after-hours call coverage

Patient Load:
--Average of 21 Patients Per Day

Position Details:
--Outpatient Primary Care setting
--Adult patient population, ages 18 and up
--Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
--Outpatient Primary Care experience required
--APP support available
