Assignment Highlights--Location: Hampton / Gloucester, Virginia
--Start Date: January 2027
--Duration: 6 month to 1 year. Open to permanent transition
--Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
--Clinic Hours: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
--Setting: 100% outpatient primary care
--Patient Volume: Approximately 20–22 patients per day
--EMR: Epic
--Local Candidates: Strongly preferred
Qualifications--Board Certified in Family Medicine preferred
--Board Eligible physicians considered
--Comfortable treating adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients
--Active Virginia license preferred to support credentialing timelines
