General Gastroenterology Hospitalist Locums Job in CaliforniaWe are urgently seeking a Board Certified General Gastroenterologist for inpatient hospitalist coverage at a premier, stand-alone cancer center in California. This role focuses on inpatient consult services and procedures within a specialized, state-of-the-art facility.Available Dates:--March 16 – 20, 2026--March 27 – April 3, 2026 (additional shifts may become available)Schedule & Shift Details:--Duration: 7-day blocks (Monday – Sunday)--Shift: 24-hour pager coverage required (7am to 7am)
Scope of Practice:--Inpatient rounds and procedures daily--Volume: Low-volume, high-quality care environment typically consisting of 1–3 new consults and 1–2 procedures per day.--Facility Features: Specialized evaluation treatment center (ETC) and ICU.--EMR: EpicRequirements:--Board Certification in Gastroenterology--Active California medical license--California Fluoroscopy license--Facility Profile: Join a sophisticated, stand-alone specialty center equipped with an 8-bed ICU and a dedicated evaluation treatment center.
