Job Requirements for Assignment #113511:*Shifts available: Orientation, Day Shift, Night Call *Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Clinic *Total of 10 Days of Call Shifts *Privileges available: Full Privileges*Credentials Accepted: Physician (MD/DO) must have IMLC or Kentucky license*ACLS and BLS required*Must be Board Certified *Hours to round: 1-2 hours *EMR = Meditech*Support staff: 1NP,1clerk and 1MA will work with the provider.*Procedures: EGD, colonoscopies, etc.*Provider will be required to supervise APPs*Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient and Telehealth
