Job Requirements for Assignment #114816:--Shifts available: orientation (MD/DO), day shift (MD/DO), night call (MD/DO) --Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm clinic --Total of 10 days of call shifts --Privileges available: full privileges--Must have IMLC or Kentucky license --ACLS and BLS required--Must be Board Certified --Hours to round: 1-2 hours --EMR = Meditech--Support staff: 1 NP, 1 clerk and 1 MA will work with the provider--Procedures: EGD, colonoscopies, etc.--Provider will be required to supervise APPs--Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient and Telehealth --Facility: Highlands ARH Regional Medical Center--Address: 5000 Kentucky Route 321--Location: Prestonsburg, Kentucky--Facility Type: Acute Care Hospitals--Beds: 184
