Coverage Details-- As soon as credentialed through the end of 2026, with potential to extend into 2027Shift Details-- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm-- Includes 9 clinic sessions and 1 administrative session to complete charts daily-- No call coverageRequirements-- Board Certified in Internal Medicine (Family Medicine candidates will not be accepted)-- Active Arizona license or active IMLC-- Active Arizona DEA-- BLS, ACLS Required Procedures / Skills-- Ambulatory primary care practice-- Chronic disease management-- Acute care-- Hospital follow-up-- Annual Wellness Visits (AWV)-- Inbox managementAssignment Details-- Outpatient clinic-- Practice mix: 75% adult clinic and 25% adult geriatric-- Average of 18-20 clinic patients per physician per day-- Patients are established primary care patients only-- Patient population ages 18 years and older-- No hospital coverage-- Clinic setting only
