Requirements
-- Board Certified or Board Eligible
-- ACLS
-- BLS
-- TN License + TN DEA
-- PALS - Highly Preferred
-- NRP - Highly Preferred
-- Residency/Fellowship - Highly Preferred

Required Procedures / Skills
-- Angiography/arteriography (excluding cerebral)
-- Arthrography
-- Catheter based diagnostic arteriography of the chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and their associated vasculatures
-- Catheter based diagnostic venography of the neck, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and their associated vasculatures
-- Catheter based therapeutic arterial procedures including angioplasty, stenting, atherectomy, embolization and chemoembolization, thrombectomy and thrombolytic therapy, and infusion of vasoactive agents
-- Catheter based therapeutic venous procedures including angioplasty, stenting, atherectomy, embolization and chemoembolization, thrombectomy and thrombolytic therapies, infusion of vasoactive agents, venous sampling, vena cava filter placement, and endovenous laser therapy
-- Chest tube placement
-- Image-guided biopsy, injections, aspirations, and drainage procedures
-- Image-guided gastrointestinal procedures including gastrostomy, gastrojejunostomy, cecostomy, stricture dilation and stenting
-- Image-guided musculoskeletal procedures including arthrography, biopsy, injection and aspiration
-- Lumbar puncture, myelography, and interventional procedures for pain management including epidural steroid injection and facet injection and nerve blocks
-- Noninvasive diagnostic vascular radiology including ultrasonography, noninvasive arterial vascular testing, CTA, and MRA
-- Ultrasound guided thoracentesis
-- Ultrasound guided paracentesis
-- Fluoroscopic guided lumbar puncture
-- Fluoroscopic-guided myelogram
-- Fluoroscopic guided injection for MR arthrogram

Assignment Details
-- DX 80%/IR 20% - para, thora, lumbar punctures 
-- Setting: Acute care (74 beds)
-- Duties include interventional radiology procedures and diagnostic reads
-- Support Staff: Imaging operations team
-- June: 9 days; July: 23 days; August: 21 days
-- Reason for Coverage: Imaging group transition on June 17, 2026
-- First day requires arrival on June 16 for badging, access, EMR setup, and testing
-- EMR: Epic
