Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician Locums Job in New YorkDetails/Requirements:-- Need an MFM physician to provide full-scope clinic coverage - 8 hours per day-- ASAP start; this is a high-priority needOpportunity Details:-- Outpatient high-risk OB clinic coverage-- Provide comprehensive consultations for high-risk pregnancies, including maternal and fetal complications-- Perform and interpret advanced obstetric ultrasounds, fetal echocardiography (if applicable), Doppler studies, and prenatal diagnostic procedures-- Outpatient clinic averages approximately 20 patients per session, 3 sessions per week, with 2 additional providers sharing the patient panel (approximately 6 patients per provider)-- Direct patient management and development of management plans for generalist attendings-- Provide eConsults for clinical questions and management issues as requested-- High-acuity patient population including diabetes, hypertension, fetal growth restriction (FGR), advanced maternal age (AMA), and obesity-- No labor and delivery coverage
