Part Time Medical Director Psychiatrist Locum Tenens Job in the California Bay AreaDetails/Requirements:*Need is for a part-time Medical Director to provide 100% administrative/non-clinical onsite services for 8-10 hours a week at a 16-bed locked adult mental health rehab center inpatient program starting ASAP and ongoing.
*Prefer a board certified doctor who has medical director experience and is local.
*Flexible regarding days/hours worked
*No call.
*Medical director with strong leadership skills, good with processes, being a mentor and coach, and providing workflows, project management, and keeping people well versed on their responsibilities.
*Medical director will monitor clinicians’ performance, including KPIs like monitoring productivity, billable hours, no shows rate, etc. Will also conduct quality and peer reviews.
*E.H.R. is Credible, so candidates must be computer savvy.
*Takes about a month or so for credentialing.
*Client prefers 3-month minimum assignments but the longer the better.
