Requirements
-- Board certified in Neonatology with recent experience
-- Maryland license (IMLC not accepted)
-- Must be clinically active within the past year
-- Minimum of six months of clinical experience within neonatology
-- Clean malpractice history with no exceptions

Assignment Details
-- Level II NICU with 8 beds and an average daily census of 3
-- Newborn nursery census: averages 5
-- Approximately 900 deliveries per year
-- Shifts include rounding with call coverage from home or hotel
-- PEDS level: level II
-- Facility trauma level: level III adult trauma center
