Connecticut health system's Neuroscience Institute is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Cognitive Neurologist to join their Cognitive and Memory Disorders Clinic. The client is needing up to 4 weeks per month of coverage.
Job Details:
--Start: June 1 - end of year
--Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p
--Patients per day: 12-15
--Procedures: Botox, Occipital block injections
--Locums will be seeing new patients and follow-ups for migraine and headache
Candidate Requirements:
--Headache fellowship preferred
--Active Connecticut license
--Board Certified in Neurology required
