Coverage Details-- November 16, 2026 – April 5, 2027-- Credentialing time frame: 14 daysShift Details-- 10-13 shifts per month-- 12- or 24-hour shifts-- Call shifts requiredRequirements-- Active Massachusetts license-- Neurointerventional fellowship required; may also be a neurosurgeon or neurologist with the required skill set-- Must be willing to obtain CSR and DEARequired Procedures / Skills-- Neurointerventional procedures, including stroke and catheter-directed therapyAssignment Details-- Setting: Emergency, inpatient, possible outpatient-- Support staff: NeuroIR APPs-- 180 strokes all of last year; estimated 1-2 inpatient add-on cases per day for diagnostic angiograms, aneurysm treatment, vasospasm treatment, etc.-- EMR: Epic-- Local providers preferred, but open to considering travelers
