-- Practice setting: Inpatient consulting service
-- Patients per shift: 13–18
-- Beds in department: 20
-- Admissions required
-- EMR: Epic
-- Support staff: 6 RNs, 4 MAs, 1 PA/NP
-- Facility Trauma Level: 2
-- Physician is scheduled on site Monday–Monday to assist with day to day workload and documentation
-- Inpatient cardiology service is a consulting service, with the hospitalist managing most admissions
