OB Laborist Locums Job in Indianapolis, Indiana
Details/Requirements:-- Credentialing takes approximately 60 days-- High-Risk OB Laborist needed for in-house coverage-- 24-hour in-house call shifts-- Ongoing coverage needed for the next year-- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology requiredOpportunity Details:-- Average of 3,000 annual deliveries -- Provide high-risk OB Hospitalist coverage-- Work in a high-acuity environment with a Level IV NICU, one of only two in the state-- Manage OB triage arrivals and ER consultations-- Work closely with an integrated nursing team and multiple OB groups-- Provide emergency GYN surgical interventions, including ectopic pregnancies and ovarian torsions-- Physicians should be comfortable performing emergency GYN surgeries independently-- Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
