Dates Needed: (note there will be 1-2 days of proctoring prior to beginning coverage and one business day for orientation) 10/31 @ 7a-11/2 @ 7a, 11/15 @ 7a-11/16 @7a, 12/30 @ 7a-1/1 @ 12p at one location and 11/28 @ 7a-11/30 @ 7a at the other.
Coverage Details:
--Ongoing coverage starting in October
--Coverage needed for multiple locations
--24 hour in house shifts
--Cases/Procedures: Suction D&C, Laparoscopy, Read NSTs, C-Sections, tubal ligations
Assignment Requirements #105433:
--Board Certification or Board Eligible
--Active Michigan license or IMLC with LOQ
--Case logs with 50 deliveries and 25 GYN procedures in last 12 months required
--ACLS, BLS, PALS
--EMR: EPIC
